Website made using Joomla: http://www.adaptni.org.uk/youth/index.php/selfesteem When viewed in Internet Explorer red xs appear as if images are missing. They are appearing over the logo and the web banner image. Why would this be and what is the fix?

I am looking to open my own affiliate marketing website and wanted to use specific backgrounds and images on it.
