Wanting to make a website that offers a monthly subscription capability, but need a content management system that allows for this. Having a hard time finding what’s out there that allows for this, but is also open soruce. Paying $15,000 for a CMS is not in my budget.

I’m currently thinking about building websites using joomla, i feel it is a lot less work than creating a website using HTML so how much should i charge for creating them in Joomla?

I have to set up the CMS and port about 25 pages. What is the average price if I contract it as a package and not hourly? I live in Southern California and the company is also in Southern California.
