What Is The Best Simple Content Management System?

The company I work for is currently using Contribute. I hate it. I’m looking for a full fledged CMS system that is easy to use and not too bulky (ie Joomla) Any help is much appreciated.

    Well yo can either download ready made open source apps like joomla and so on.. or just simply download phprunner or phpmaker and generate ur own cms. its simple.. all u do is connect to ur database and decide how u want ur cms to work. you can googlize phpmaker or phprunner.

    You can to ask any one his programming can to create what you want … and simple too much like what you need ..
