We’re creating a portal to enable members of developing communities (around the world) to exchange documents and interact with each other. Any suggestions on which CMS tool to use would be appreciated!

    I’ve researched quite a few Open Source content management systems recently.
    What I think you need is Joomla (www.joomla.org). Joomla has some great extensions, including one called Community Builder. If you go to the Joomla site then go to extensions, you’ll see the vast range available. Check out community builder it may be just what you need.
