Is There Any Kind Of Cms Webware?

I am currently running a site that I am going to use to host clan sites, free.
(Powered by CMSs)
Currently, I am creating my own coding and everything from scratch.
As most would understand, this takes time.
Until I get the CMS built, I am wondering if there is any type of CMS hosting webware, preferably free or cheap (I have little money I want to spend), that I could use to host gaming clan sites, until I finish all my coding?
