Is There A Links Page For Free Joomla Resources?

Commercial developers and projects inserting deceptive ‘free’ references in their ads have made it very hard to find any genuinely non-commercial Joomla resources on the web. If they are there, they seem to be about 15 pages back in Google, etc. Does anyone have any good links to free Joomla resources?

Its a great place to find Joomla extension and has a mix of commercial and free extensions.

I assume you are looking for free programming help rather than free themes, plugins, etc.
I do web development using Joomla as well as several other packages (Gallery2, WordPress, drupal, original php, etc, etc, etc).
Free development assistance is rare – most developers will give their time to working on the basic package, seeing wide distribution of their efforts and helping the community.
But assisting a specific organization with a Joomla (or other) deployment for free requires a special resource – too much time – or an interest in the organization. I support and develop one organization for free. I am a member and dedicated to the success of that organization and this is what I can give – I don’t have money to donate.
I do have a lower hourly rate for non-profits and I do not require a donation to the package project (I do, for commercial work) but an organization in need of web services needs to find volunteers with an interest or have a budget that reflects what ever importance they attach to web presence.
