Is There A Content Management System For Websites That I Can Embed Into My Website Template ?

I want upload a lot of photos (product catalog). Pictures only. There about 200 images to be upload to client website which I am doing in html. I’m wondering is there a way where I can make maintenance easier. Client has low budget, so looking for low budget solution. Now I’m doing things manually. Taking up alot of time.

    Joomla is good but it’s rather difficult for those who are not very experienced with CMS (like your client may be)
    In this case I would recommend using WordPress – free and easy to use for anyone (wordpress.org). As for the galleries you may check really long list of them here – http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugins/Image…
    Another way is to use http://gallery.menalto.com/
