I need a relatively simple CMS that doesn’t use MySQL, please? – Apparently, my web server does allow the use of MSAccess databases.
I have several medium complexity websites that I have already set-up. I am looking for a simple CMS that will allow a user to update items on a page, but leave the main design alone. (Say, for example, they want to update the Latest News page text themselves).

    You would need to search for “flatfile cms” or go to a site like hotscripts.com and look at the news writers.

    I am a website developer. You can use text files or xml files instead of a database for containing dynamic site content.
    I just did a google search using the phrases:
    opensource xml cms system; and opensource txt cms system
    Found loads of CMS systems.
