When you post a blog on the internet, a lot of people have a blog title bar, for example this..

I know he isn’t running a CMS on his website since he told me he runs it out of dreamweaver,but I want to have an automatic thing like his that shows up after each post. Any help?

    This would typically involve editing the code as cutenews doesn’t have this functionality by default. You can however, do this with other CMS platforms such as WordPress quite easily.
