How Can I Limit Functionality In A WordPress Install?

I want to set up a wordpress install for a client that needs to update his site, but i don´t want him to be able to enter the “design” section. specificly i don´t want him to be able to change the theme.
Any ideas on how i might do this?

    You set them up as a user, but you give them a role beneath the capability of Administrator. See ‘Users’ under the dashboard.
