For A Joomla Website Why Would Images Show Not Appearing In Internet Explorer?

Website made using Joomla:

http://www.adaptni.org.uk/youth/index.php/selfesteem

When viewed in Internet Explorer red xs appear as if images are missing.
They are appearing over the logo and the web banner image. Why would this be and what is the fix?

    Something wrong on your computer. I see them in both IE and Firefox.
