Is It Possible To Make 60,000$ A Year Managing My Own Websites?

I have some good concept in mind. I have a background in Marketing. I’m thinking about a family of 200 websites with each a prime location on the homepage for advertisers. This will be for sale at 25 bucks a month. So, 200 sites x 30 bucks a month x 12 months = 72K a year of revenue minus 12k for advertising and cost of operation. How do you guys sell your advertising? Does affiliate marketing is a good way to go? Like a $30 commision per acquisition?
