I Want To Start An Affiliate Site With Merchants Who Don’t Have A Program… What Software Can I Use?

I have a web idea that involves me listing products along a similar theme from a variety of merchants who I would find… however most of them probably won’t have an affiliate program. Is there software I can use to make it easy for them to join my site/pay me a percentage of revenues that I lead them to? I can find plenty of affiliate sites… but none that allow the affiliate to recruit the seller as I am planning on doing.

    Probably WordPress would work with one of their many plugins.
