How Do I Get More Visitors To My Website?

I run the website http://ww2db.com which is a World War 2 history site. I have decent Google ranking scores, I have RSS feeds, and some other sites in the niche link to me.
What are some other ways I can get more visitors to my site?

    Propaganda by answering questions on sites that related to WW2 and introduce your website too to the others when answering the question.

    Post to forums with your signature. Advertise on classified sites.
    Write articles, use a bio box to put your link in them, and post the articles to article directories like http://www.ezinearticles.com.
    Get you link out there to as many places as you can.
