How Do I Get More Visitors To My Website?

I run the website http://ww2db.com which is a World War 2 history site. I have decent Google ranking scores, I have RSS feeds, and some other sites in the niche link to me.
What are some other ways I can get more visitors to my site?

    Heres somethings you can try to do to advance your traffic. Go to http://www.pingoat.com and submit your site and rss feed here if you havent already. Do this everytime you get new content as well. I see your pagerank and everything else is good, so you probably could use a list like this to submit your rss feeds to. http://www.masternewmedia.org/rss/top55/best-rss-directories-and-blog-submission-original-list-part-10.htm
    Go out to your niche sites and blogs about world war two and leave comments with a link back to your site and just get out there. The more you comment, the more likely you will receive similar commenting and more traffic through.
