If you’re the host, go to the “my business” account info and their should be a counter there, if you’re not the host,,, ask your host to puta counter on the main page…

Better stil get a counter software.. like the ones they use in ebay or get visitors to register (or click somewehere) on each web page if they are new then u can compare.

the closest thing is alexa.com but for smaller sites the results are too extrapolated.
siteadvisor has some kind of stats also.
